The hiring process at Providence takes an average of 7 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Analista had the quickest hiring process (on average 7 days), whereas Analista roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 7 days).
Telephonic interview that consisted of coding as well as questions wrt mobile technology. The recruiter did not even bother to get back with an update. The recruiters are quite senseless and do not even have the courtesy to inform candidates about the outcome of the interview. Even in big companies like Microsoft, recruiters do come back with an update. I recommend not to give interview at this company as the recruiters are absolutely stupids and do not care about candidates. They should first fired from this company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had a single interview with a panel of 3 hiring managers for Med Surg. I applied online, and interviewed 3 weeks later. The interviewers were very pleasant. They asked mostly personality based questions.

Interview
I applied for the job online, very quickly (within 1 week) received an invitation for an online screening interview. It was an awkward, but I think overall positive process, even through I did not receive an offer. I had to record my own answers on video without any re-dos, and answers were timed. There was an opportunity to practice with a couple of questions. It was a bit awkward because I could not watch the timer/see my face and look into the camera at the same time. I think at least for my part, it was hard for me to act natural in front of a camera by myself. In the end, I am not sure if I was not selected because of a skills mismatch, if they didn't like my answers, or because my video interview ended up looking weird :). When I did not hear anything for 3-4 weeks, I figured they were not that interested, and sure enough I got an automated refusal email.

Question 1
10 questions, about 4 written (unlimited time to respond), and 6 timed recorded questions online. They were about why I think I qualify for being the director of financial operations, how this job would help me advance my career, and other standard questions. One of the written questions was about who much I would like to be paid.
