Question 1
Please describe one weakness of yours and how you manage it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Providence in Nov 2020
Interview
Disappointing process. This was for an interview at their foundation, Well Being Trust, for which candidates had to interview through the hospital. In total, I interviewed a total of 4 times. The final interview was with the leadership. After which, I was ghosted. A frustrating part of the process is you have about 3 different HR representatives emailing you to schedule interviews—making it confusing to know who to follow up with. The representatives also made frequent mistakes in scheduling the correct time or forwarding the correct conference links.
