Providence uses the ever-embaressing one-way video interview scheme, which is truly one of the worst inventions ever. The service they use is not only an insult to applicants, but also fraught with technical problems (even if you have a webcam and microphone, you can get error messages which do not explain the problem, and the "help" sections are completely useless). Please do yourself a favor and apply to a job that cares enough about staffing to do person-to-person interviews. Using one-way video interviews is an absolute joke.
