Interview
I would not wish this hiring process on anyone that I care about. I initially applied online. Then I was contacted by a third party contractor in a different state that admitted she had never been on the property before. Then asked me if I agreed to an internal pay scale, based on letters. I asked what number this was equivalent to and the person did not know. Got through that round to the supervisor of the posting. Questions were generic and she told me to wait about two weeks. Two days later, she calls and said she was being reassigned and the posting was under a new person who “inherited” it. An interview with this person was set up. The individual never showed up! The guard at the desk was awesome and tried to contact the interviewer but she never responded. After months, I never got an automated rejection. So disappointed in a well known company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (Longueuil, QC) in Feb 2019
Interview
they ask a couple of questions for 45 minutes, it was a one on one interview at the company, she asked a couple of scenarios questions and questions about my past experiences and it wasn't really hard. If you have had a great experience/ relationship with people in the company, it can help because they take recommendations seriously within the company. The interviewers were nice and friendly and the questions weren't that hard.
