Interview
A group of applicants were sent at the same time in a room with multiple tables, each one had someone from the company. Each applicant had to go through each table individually and had 10 minutes to talk with the employee, after the 10 minutes passed the applicants changed tables.

Interview
Applied online. Was contacted by a third-party recruitment team who had no affiliation with the company. I was asked basic screening questions and to provide times that worked for online interviews. They ignored all of the days and times, picking the ones I did not want, but I wanted the position so I went through it anyway. Log on for first one- department manager cancels. Asks me again to pick times, and schedules me beyond those blocks. Interviewed with someone a team member one day and the hiring manager later that week. He sends me an email to schedule another time- this time it was for a rejection conversation. He had a preferred candidate the whole time.
