I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2018
Interview
Phone interview-discussed my experience as a registered nurse and what they were looking for in a employee. Discussed what types of services they provided and what the hours were for the position I was applying for. Was asked behavioral questions about how I deal with certain situations and what made me want to apply for the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
An Initial phone screen and then an on-site interview with the hiring manager of the innovation lab in brooklyn . Another on site with the leader of the team in lower Manhattan. A case study on how/what you would do to enhance their app. Then you are asked to present and talk about your work.
They had super positive feedback and were pretty excited about me it seemed but then they literally said nothing to me again.
I assumed I never received this offer and just accepted another but the recruiter literally went radio silent on me after reaching out twice. A rejection is fine if the company is willing to provide feedback and be cordial about it. This was downright awful and I’ll never forget it. I was super excited about the opportunity but after never hearing back about a yes/no I knew this was not a place for me.
A few months later I learned that they’d laid off the product team. It appears the new administration was more of a threat than they let on during the interview. All things that could have
been avoided with a bit of communication.

Interview
I was invited to have a phone interview after about 2 months since submitting my resume/application. I spoke with their talent acquisition specialist who was loudly typing away and I was trying to talk which was a little distracting to say the least and caught me a bit off guard. It seemed as if the specialist was reading off a sheet of paper because when I asked for clarification they admitted that they wanted to change the question but didnt get around to it. It felt very impersonal and forced.
