I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Coachella, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online and was sent an email 2 weeks later to setup an interview. Had one face to face interview and scheduled for a “shadow” interview another 10 days later
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Chapel Hill, NC) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interview was easy, asked basic questions. I knocked it out of the park, for I was well prepared and qualified for the role.
Was the ghosted for 6 weeks afterwards. After persistent follow up, I finally was told they "Lost my information" due to the interviewer having since left the company, and they would have to call me back.
After another week I called back, with no answer.
Eventually I received an email saying " The hiring manager has decided to pursue other candidates". I emailed them back asking for clarification, however I received no feedback. SHOCKER.
This is exactly the kind of crap that we Millennials are blogging about. I crushed the interview, and was OVERQUALIFIED for this position. Masters degree, and 4 years of relevant experience. Landed and excelled in the interview, only to be treated like garbage.
If they aren't interested in my qualifications, they must have several applicants with PHD's and 30+years experience?
These guys wasted my time for almost 2 months. Don't waste your time applying here.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for us? How does your experience pertain to this position?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (San Ramon, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Seemed very rushed, probably spoke for 15 minutes and the interviewer purposely skipped over questions if she felt like she knew how I would answer based on where I went to college (a liberal university). Seemed like that is making a lot of assumptions about a candidate. I still have a deep love and respect for Planned Parenthood as an organization, but the interviewer seemed disorganized and slightly unprofessional.
