Thorough, which is important for this work. But also takes a long time. That is because of the background checks and also back-end issues, I think. I would say that the process allows you to interview them as well, to get a sense of the culture.
I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2024
Interview
I was told ahead of time the interviewer is particular about maintaining eye contact, I was told I was not chosen due to not wanting to do any clinical cross-training, There was no clinical requirements for this job listing.

Are you willing to cross-train for the back office
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood
Interview
Applied online and heard back from the company within a few days to schedule a phone screen the following week. Unfortunately, we didn't proceed from there. I Only made it to the recruiter phone screen step.
I was really interested in going through with the interview process until the recruiter explained that their "hybrid" schedule is 4 out of 5 days onsite. LOL. In fairness the recruiter did go back to the hiring manager to see if they'd be open to 3 days onsite instead of 4. However anything over 2 days in the office just isn't my vibe.
This is technically an onsite job. Not Hybrid. Pay is on the lower scale too for level of responsibility + onsite working requirement.
