I applied online. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood in Feb 2021
Interview
Due to the current state of the world, it's an online interview process in which the questions are provided on a web-platform and you record your response with a limited number of re-recordings per question (it varies based on question). There is no time limit, so you have the opportunity to review and practice your response before recording.
It is different since there's no ability to bounce back and forth with follow-up questions in a conversational manner, so a lot of focus is on your individual ability to present yourself.
