I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood
Interview
Brief initial interview with HR person, then met again virtually with HR and Medical Director. Process felt very formal. I was expecting more of a conversational type interview, and therefore did not perform very well. Would recommend practicing responses to some questions, and also taking a moment to organize thoughts before responding!

In light of what we know about worse health outcomes for POC and the LGBTQ community, How do you ensure excellent care of individuals from marginalized communities?

Very easy. Went by quick. Panel interview. Asked questions at the end. Only 5 questions. Friendly interview. Loved it. Situational questions. Have feedback. Wish there was more time to discuss
I applied online. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Clear expectations of the process and natural conversations with staff. Started with a 15 min phone call with a recruiter and then two in person interviews. Each interview allowed me to showcase my skills in a different way and the last interview asked that I present my work to the interviewers.
