Philz Coffee interview questions

Submitted application online with resume and cover letter, then got an email a few days later to interview with a hiring manager/recruiter. We had a 15-minute skype interview and then I went in-person to the store to be interviewed by the store managers. A few hours later, the recruiter called me offering me the role.

Applied online by submitted resume and filling out a little survey, then submitted a video cover letter. That is an awful expectation as it took forever to make and it was a lot of work to put in for a job I didn't know much about. Then I was contacted and they set up a video interview. I thought the conversation went well and expected to be contacted for an on site. They said they'd follow up within 48 hours and they failed to do so. It's interesting since they talk a big game about how the candidate experience is so important to them. I ended up having to reach out, to be told they would get back to me later that day or the next morning. I didn't hear back so I followed up a week later to finally get a response that they weren't moving forward. No reason, no courtesy in a timely follow up after all the effort I put it. Definitely wouldn't apply for future opportunities here.
