Philz Coffee interview questions

First filled out an application online and then shortly after, met with store manager and barista trainer at the store location. As part of the interview process, I was compensated a free drink (so goooooood). They asked me mainly character based questions. It was super casual and light hearted.

you can do up to 2 or 3 interviews in one day. It is very easy and fun. Be prepared. Usually occurs if it is a job fair type style.
