Interview
The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and offered me to do the interview process.
4 rounds of interviews. Everything were very organized from the recruiter.
Good>
The company seem to be very nice. They are interested on innovation and the environment.
The recruiter was always in contact, she always sent the calendar, the next steps and the names of the interviewers. She was open to any questions in between.
The interviewers were very kind - not difficult questions or difficult exercises. - Just two people talking about life.
Bad>
The interviewers were not ready for the meetings, they all asked the same questions, they didn't read my cv or linkedin profile before the interview, so the questions were to general.
At the end of the 4th round, the interviewer said they were looking for an Art Director (that didn't fit with the description of the published position).
Almost 2 months of interviews to discover that they were interviewing the wrong profile.
