First, for an internship position, the process felt long. A structured and complex video interview (VI) process is something I have previously only encountered for full-time roles.
Second, the job description was very general. It gave the impression that the role might involve limited substantive learning and would be more supportive or administrative in nature.
Third, during the online interview gave me the impression that the manager might not have had strong interest, although the formal interview process still needed to be completed.
Finally, the HR team was very friendly. They informed me about each interview stage and refused me once another candidate had accepted the offer.
