I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Bogotá, Bogota) in Dec 2012
Interview
It was quick, and through a head hunter.
Initial set of candidates was filtered by the agency an then a small group was interviewed with the CEO and the Marketing Director.
At the end it was more like the company looking to enchant me than the other way round.

Very structured and clear interview process, few rounds of interview for this position, first with internal recruiter and reporting manager and afterwards with head of Home Care department. The process lasted about 2 weeks
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Philips in Feb 2022
Interview
As an international & well-known company, HR is expected to be professional.
I applied online and I am sure I clicked "yes, I will need sponsorship in the future". Got a virtual interview invitation after a week.
HR was nice, questions were basic and easy (I thought I did well). HR still asked my visa status.
After 4 weeks with silence, I emailed to ask for an update and they apologized that this position is not sponsored.
First, HR should have advised candidate about this (sponsor or not, please tell straight away during interview). Second, fail or pass candidate still needs an update. Third, please screen resume well. If you don't sponsor, send candidates a rejection email straight away; don't waste our times, no need interview; we don't need to get to know each other just for fun.
Btw, nice interviewer but unprofessional process.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Why this position? why our company?
Salary expectation, visa status and few more but very easy questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Philips in Jun 2021
Interview
Bland and uninteresting, the recruiter wasn't inspiring or excited whatsoever to sell the dream of working for Philips. Felt quite deflated since I always looked up to Philips, but at the same time felt grateful for dodging a bullet.
