Overall, this was by far the worst interview process I’ve experienced. The process lasted 4 months and involved 6 interviews: TA, CPO HRBP, CPO, BU EVP, BU COO, and HRBP. In addition, I was asked to complete a 25-page case study. During the process, references (SVPs provided) were requested and were checked positively. Even so, I remained the only finalist, though one of the senior internal stakeholders reportedly wasn’t fully “convinced”. At a later stage (right after my last interview by early April), I learned the company had reopened the slate— happened to found out as role was re-published… I wasn’t informed about any of this for 5 weeks. After my interview in early April, I received no feedback. Only 6 weeks after my last interview did I receive a response, and it came via an automated email.
