Candidatura simplificada via LinkedIn, com envio do curriculo. Primeira etapa é Entrevista com pessoa do RH. Após aprovação realiza entrevista com gerente do setor e dependendo do seu cargo tambem com diretor do setor e gerente de RH.

Easy to use online application form. Rapid response from Philips to my application, but no justification in their decision. There was no incentive to ask further questions or to contact the HR team.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Philips (Drachten) in Nov 2020
Interview
It was a typical human resources meeting. She asked questions like; What is your background, past experiences? Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work in this company? The meeting occurs via Microsoft Teams. She also explained the next steps of the hiring process. Human resources employee response after 3 days later when I applied.
