My interview experience with Philips was extremely positive. From the first conversation to the final step of the process, every interaction was professional, organized, and respectful of my time. The recruiters and hiring team were clear about expectations, responsive in communication, and genuinely interested in understanding my background and goals. What stood out most was how thoughtful and structured the interview process was. Each discussion gave me insight into the team’s culture, the collaborative way they work, and Philips’ strong commitment to improving patient care through meaningful innovation. Everyone I spoke with was warm, prepared, and engaged, which made the process feel conversational rather than stressful. Even though I ultimately pursued another opportunity, I walked away with a very positive impression of Philips as an employer. I would absolutely welcome the chance to explore roles with them in the future and highly recommend the experience to other candidates.
