Pfizer Statistical Programmer interview questions

One round phone interview and one round online interview (including presentation). And I get one more test after the interview. I have already get the offer, but after that the HR said I need to do a test to decide whether to get this offer. I am a little unhappy about this process. I think they made an error.

Interviewed with 8 people online. Mix of technical and behavioral questions. Overall a good experience. Other interviews were heavier on one or the other. It lasted about an hour and I found out ~3 weeks later.
