Interview
One round phone interview and one round online interview (including presentation). And I get one more test after the interview. I have already get the offer, but after that the HR said I need to do a test to decide whether to get this offer. I am a little unhappy about this process. I think they made an error.
After brief self introduction within 2 minutes, senior asked me about my experience, my master dissertation, and regular bq. (including what's my disadvantage and advantages; what's the most difficult thing) Got the offer a week later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pfizer (Peapack and Gladstone) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview panel is good and everyone is friendly and professional. Questions are easy, including SAS basics like merge and set functions and some common BQs. I had a great experience with the interview.

Recruited via their graduate program. Was easy in the early phases as they had lots of positions but there is more competition now between students for an FTE job since they don't have as much positions anymore
