2 rounds of interviews, one with the manager, one with the potential team members. Very short and easy, asked mostly questions about my past experience and resume. not very technical.
The interview was about 45mins long. It began with introductions from the interviewer. Next, I was asked to talk about myself after which I explained my career path to this point.

Friendly and kind senior academics. The interview included a few interesting topics that they wanted me to think about and tell them what I would have done. Concerning mainly drug development.
