Pfizer Formulation Scientist interview questions

Did not care about the pharma knowledge but rather the critical thinking - huge benefit! Without a huge pharma background answering it was very interesting because it implied thinking about the ways people could improve the drug administration process. In the end, they were happy with all the crazy ideas I came up with and decided to take me to look from a different perspective than others.

2 rounds of interviews, one with the manager, one with the potential team members. Very short and easy, asked mostly questions about my past experience and resume. not very technical.
