Phone screen with recruiter, then a few weeks later with hiring manager. Long process waiting for AI assistant to update after online application. AI assistant updated every 2 weeks often with a generic 'still reviewing' message and was not an indicator of advancement.

Well organized. They really screen candidates well and take interviews seriously. They focus on both technical skills and values. Everyone was very nice and professional. It’s a hard company to get into.
