Pfizer Associate Scientist I interview questions

First interview was over the phone with 2 scientist. They asked about my background and experiences, some behavioral questions and some technical questions. 2nd interview was virtual with 2 scientist that were in the department I would be working in. Asked a mixture of behavioral and technical questions. 3rd interview was right after the 2nd with 2 other scientist in the group and they asked similar questions. Overall was a good experience. Make sure to know how to describe things listed on your resume. Also good to search for common technical questions asked for whatever job you are interviewing for.

Got a call without warning and jumped into a technical interview quickly. Interviewer was warm and cordial. Technical questions were a little difficult, but some preparation would help. Answered all questions that I asked as well with high level of detail.
