Online resume submission, followed by a virtual interview through an online platform (HireVue), an additional online testing assessment, and for me, four subsequent interviews. Was informed I would hear within the week after my last interview, and it has now been many weeks. Even a follow-up email to HR requesting status goes unanswered. Shockingly unprofessional. That's quite an investment of time that I made, and it's not how you treat people that were interested in your organization.
