Essentially they are getting to know you, asking basic questions about what you know. Other than that it's mostly like a conversation where you can tell them all about what projects you've worked on and other jobs you have worked that my be similar and such.

Manager takes you to the back break room and asks you a few things, standard interview questions that pretty much every retail job uses, also asks about some of your work history and what your tasks or responsibilities were there.

Interview
Just asked very simple and basic questions. I had a feeling they really needed a new worker so they got me started immediately. They gave me a brief tour of the building. They didn't seem to care that I had minimal knowledge of cars while everyone working there was very experienced.
