You go to their warehouse and based on how well you do on the test they give you. You can get hired. The test is very easy to pass roughly #30 questions.

Terrible, they were all over the place with questions, no stability, and you can tell they didn’t care to be in the interview in the first place, overall wasn’t worth the job
