PayRetailers interview questions

It was May 2024 when they suddenly contacted me on the phone 1 day after I applied online, and it became an interview that lasted 20 minutes. The HR girl insisted about my non-experience with LaTam and that the position would be to manage the B2C side of the company. I am not from latam and neither have B2C experience, just B2B, but she seemed to be fine with it. She scheduled an "official" in-person interview for the following week, shich was basically the same that that one. The following day she scheduled a final interview with the person which would be my Manager, and the interview went very well. He didn't care about those 2 factors because my position is very technical anyway. He was basically selling the company to me, and said that HR would contact me with an offer a few days later. A few hours later I got an automatic rejection email with no option to reply, and a link to glassdoor to review the interview process. Dodgy
