Phone interview consisted of talking about myself and in detail about my work experience for 20-30min.
After speaking, the interviewer jumped right into the question.
The interviewer never introduced himself or talked about what he did.
Spent the next 30 minutes on the problem with radio silence on the other end.
He never once bothered to give any input on my thought process as I worked or even tried to help if I was stuck.
Very obvious the phone was muted and he was doing his own thing.
Says a lot about what the workers here are like.

Interview
PayPal 2017 Placement Drive was held using guvi.in website
First Round consist of 30no of MCQs involving section like Aptitude (Logical and Quants),Programming basics (find error, give output, theoretical concepts, etc) all the 30 Questions were really easy if you have basic knowledge about all.
Second Round ( Online Coding Round):
If you have cleared round 1 you will be automatically directed to round 2.
In this round we had 3 categories like Easy,Hard, Tough of each coding question each and the best part was easy was of difficult type and medium was of easy type and difficult was of to difficult type!
You are allowed to compile limited number of times for each question and you have to give input and output for your code to check whether your code execute successfully or not as that compiler doesn't show what error it has. It just says "Success or Fail".
You won't have much time to read and code all three questions, so you have to work fast to complete within stimulated time! (Hint: Use Python for faster completion and save time)
If you had got output for all three question, then you will be able to attend the later process of placement drive and i didn't get through so i don't have much idea about the later rounds :(
Hope this helps you all a lot to get an overall idea :)
All the best :)
