Interview
Hour long interview consisted of a very brief question about my development background then straight to coding questions. Interviewer didn't really care so much about me as a candidate, more about how well the person she was calling could answer her questions.

Interview
This was the first round of interview. I was told it will be a technical+behavioral round. But it was completely technical and there was not even an "introduce yourself" question. Right away started coding in collabedit. Interview went on for 45 minutes. But the interviewer didn't know what project/team I'm being hired to when I myself knew that. Paypal had sent me job description/project I will be working on if I get selected to so that I can prepare better. But the interviewer didn't have any clue about it. When I asked him/her some specific question about the project, he/she told me straightaway that he/she doesn't know anything about the project or team the position is for and he/she was just asked to conduct interview based on the candidate profile sent to him/her. If he/she had known about the project, then the process would have been even better as my profile/projects matched exactly to what they were looking for. I don't know whether I will be selected for next round or not. I'm waiting for the results.
