Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at PayPal as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2.5 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for Analista Contable and HR Manager rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Analista Contable and HR Manager roles were rated as the easiest.

Fairly behavioral, but hiring manager had one technical/problem solving question.
Skip-level was casual and only indexed on culture fit.
All rounds occurred within a few weeks and were quick and easy to schedule.

had about 4 rounds with leaders across the globe. Very forthcoming and knowledgeable. also felt the passion they had about the brand. however, one of them wasn't open to hearing how other organizations are performing/ offering a better EVP than them.

Interview
First a phone call with a recruiter, then a technical interview with a software developer.
If you pass them then another 1-2 technical interviews with team leads or group leads and finally an HR interview.
If you pass all of them then you get a contruct.
I did a technical interview over a month ago and unfortunately I haven't gotten any response yet. I reached out to 2 Paypal employees who were part of my interview process to check where I stand but didn't get any response.
I believe they can do better in letting candidates know where they stand during this process, a rejection is better than no response.
