Applied online and got an email confirming I had to complete a video interview. I was nervous during the video but the questions weren't difficult and you get to practice as many times as you wish before the deadline date. Following that, I received a phone call confirming I had a face to face interview in Ballycoolin. That interview went very well as I had prepared strong answers beforehand. Had some forms to fill out and they also did a background check which came back OK and I was then offered the job. Took approx. 3 months for the whole process.

Interview
I applied for 2 positions at PayPal. One I did not receive and the other I was interviewed for. The interview started with an email that sent me a different application I was to fill out. Then after being accepted I received another email for a video interview. After passing the video interview I was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter asked me a few questions about the position and told me about the scheduling and the job. Afterwards I was contacted by email from another recruiter where I was able to schedule an in-person interview at the PayPal offices. That interview went very smoothly and I made sure I asked plenty of questions to my interviewer, especially about what would be required for the position like goals and metrics. I was then contacted by email about a background check. Once I passed that I was offered the positon.

Interview
Filled out an application online. Received a call for an in-person interview. Received a call on the way home from interview saying they would like to move forward. 3 weeks later received a call asking me if I was still interested in the position and they were still putting things together (new CSR division). 2 months now and have not heard anything else. Not sure how long I will wait.
