I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Patagonia
Interview
Applied online, got an email asking for my availability a week later, then did a group interview a week later. Questions were about their values, ethics, and stuff you do in the community to help the earth. Read up on that stuff online. Make sure to speak a lot and speak loud enough so they hear you.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of questions that are entered around the brands core values and mission statement. At least read up on that before interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Patagonia (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty over-the-top for a job that doesn't even pay $15/hr during a pandemic.
It consisted of a group interview held over video call. 3 people giving interviews, myself, and 2 other people being
interviewed. It felt like we were in a pageant because we had to take turns answering the same question- in no particular order- otherwise they'd just move on. Very awkward dynamic.
