Patagonia Customer Experience Guide interview questions

first received an email asking for availability. a couple weeks later was offered a group interview. The interview had two store representatives and 4 interviewees. Interview asked about 40 minutes and felt like a conversation

The interview process was pretty over-the-top for a job that doesn't even pay $15/hr during a pandemic. It consisted of a group interview held over video call. 3 people giving interviews, myself, and 2 other people being interviewed. It felt like we were in a pageant because we had to take turns answering the same question- in no particular order- otherwise they'd just move on. Very awkward dynamic.
