The interview process was pretty straight forward. First you interview with a recruiter. After passing that step you are scheduled to come in for a series of interviews. You will meet with three plus VP level employees as well as HR. Everyone was extremely friendly and made the interview process much less intimidating.

Generally very pleasant - no intimidating or particularly difficult questions. It was a very slow process however - two weeks to hear back from each round of interviews so it really dragged. Each call started late and they didn't seem that hot on technology.
