Paramount Pictures interview questions

Contacted by recruiter, and video interview with the hiring leader. Had a good conversation but was ghosted after that, even after following up. Bad form. I interviewed a lot on my way to my current job, and am happy to say that every org that I've interviewed with (including Paramount competitors like Warner, Disney, Amazon) had enough decorum to get back to me one way or another. I know people are overloaded these days, but how hard is it to close the loop?

Very efficient and fair. I had a phone screen with the recruiter the very first round and then had a phone call interview with my potential manager. Both calls felt more like a conversation rather than a formal interview
