Pall interview questions

Absolute time wasters. I have go for interviews several times while working for the company only to realise that they have been wasting a dozen of people's time when they had someone lined up all along. They fill the post and then conduct interviews to comply with their recruitment policy. Do they realise how unethical and inconsiderate this is. ?? Even when inside the company you still got to be interviewed by external agents. Bosses covering up their tracks when they have already lined up someone

Interviewer was 15 min late to the Phone interview. One of the most unprofessional interview I attended. Looked like they already had someone in mind and wasting each others time.
