Absolute time wasters. I have go for interviews several times while working for the company only to realise that they have been wasting a dozen of people's time when they had someone lined up all along. They fill the post and then conduct interviews to comply with their recruitment policy. Do they realise how unethical and inconsiderate this is. ??
