Started with applying on line, filling out an application and then asked to complete a video interview. A day or two later I was asked if I would like to fly to Charlotte for a face to face interview. I flew into Charlotte, shuttled over to the interview, went through the process and then flew home that afternoon. The PSA team is very nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. The F2F process consisted of an introduction of the candidates (state your name, where you're from and which of the three PSA core values resonates with you most). Break time and meet & mingle time. After the break the PSA staff introduce themselves and you are placed into groups where you'll answer two situational questions in front of the group and the PSA recruiters. When you are finished with the group interview you have a break and time to mingle once again before the PSA presentation of the company. Break time once again before the one on one interview. After your one on one they ask that you leave the building immediately and go to the airport and state that you'll be contacted via email with a yes or a no. Easy peasy! Do not overthink it. Be yourself-Be authentic. Is it nerve wracking? Yes. Is it doable? Yes. Think of it as the first day of your next adventure!
