Interview
First I sent in my resume and got invited to an in person interview. We watched a video about the job when I first got there and then we played a game where you had to answer a question on the spot (mine was what was the best compliment you have ever received?) Then we had to present another person to the group as to why that person would make a good flight attendant. Then some people were dismissed. The second round we took a test (easy basic math and simple questions) and then had a one on one interview. Just be positive and be yourself and you will do great! It is a great airline to start with!
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
