Listen to company info. Answer a random question asked by recruiters, read a sentence from their PA announcements. They will call your number if you made to the f2f. F2f includes interviewing with 3 recruiters. Overall negative experience, no one smiled (PSA employees), there was not a single fun element to this interview which spoke volumes about the company itself. No one laughed, they all seemed pretty miserable to be honest..
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
