I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process began with registration. 88 people came to interview. They cap it at 100 so get there early. After registration there is an informational session where they explain the good, the bad and the ugly of the job. There is a break and an opportunity to leave if what you heard in the informational session is not something you would like to pursue. Next, in rows of 10, you go before the panel, state your name, answer a random question and read a prepared statement. After another break the group is divided into two rooms. The interview ends there for some and goes to the third round for others. The third round is one on one interviews at 3 different tables. The entire staff is very professional and personable. The experience was very good- just long!
