HR set u a time through email for a phone interview. The manager called and mostly talked about the company, pay, benefits. He asked me why I wanted to be a dispatcher and why PSA. Wanted me to tell him about my aviation experience. Then at the end after he talked he asked me where I see myself in 5-10 years. It seemed like they want you to seek bigger and better things. It is a regional and they know most people want to move to big airlines. The manager was awfully nice. I think they base the hiring mostly on your resume considering he didn't ask too much of me. This was the only interview. No one on one.
