I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Edmonton, AB) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a straightforward process. Questions were asked and I answered them as a BA would. If I did not have a prior experience, I would not have known what to say. 3 interviewees including the hiring manager and so I had to give it a good shot. Answered questions with many real-life examples and scenarios. Interview lasted for almost 1 hour.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2012
Interview
Typical interview process. Met with HR representative and answered very standard questions.
Second part of the interview was more intimidating as I met with upper management. This part went well as they were more personable and really wanted to get to know who I was and what would fit me best within the company.
