PCL Construction interview questions

Fast and straight forward process. One hour interview with two employees (from the department & HR). Most important questions is to describe the experience you have have and explain why you will be a good match for the position. Very professional discussion and within the context of the job.

Generic and fair. Assessing your problem solving abilities. Looking to see what separates you from everyone else. Two people are there for the interviewing process. The interview will last about 45 minutes.
