Interview
Basically, there were two rounds of interviews.
Both interviews were technical and they asked questions about my resume and my skills.
They also asked about my future goals and how I can contribute to the growth of the company.

What did you do with this software on your resume?
Tell me about your experience working in the previous company
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Edmonton, AB) in Mar 2020
Interview
The first round was a virtual interview process where you had a certain amount of time and a certain amount of chances to record your answers to a number of general questions focussed mostly on personality.
The second round was an interview with someone from HR and two people from the team the position would be working for. This round had more conventional interview questions. They also had a timed technical section where they gave a number of coding questions to solve in Visual Studio. These felt similar to intermediate programming competition questions, but some of them required techniques like recursion that you might learn a bit later in your degree.
