Interview
I was selected by the employer for an interview. I confirmed my interest. They assigned an online interview the same day without asking me about my availability. We rescheduled for the next available day, a Saturday. HR provided that day. No one came online, either on the time zone given me or on my own time zone. They were a no-show. I emailed them asking if they wanted to reschedule. They did not respond. Very unprofessional behavior.

Interview
Probably the first company I have ever encountered to use a one way interview. The one way interview was stress free and the questions weren't too bad. They gave you all the time in the world to answer each question. Still waiting for them to get back to me for a real interview because its been about 2 weeks with no updates.
