I went through two rounds of interviews. The first was a video interview where I had speak to a camera and answer questions on the spot. It wasn’t too difficult if you’re comfortable speaking in that format. The second round was a Teams interview with HR, the hiring manager, and the current student in the role. I found the virtual interview with the manager to be low-pressure and enjoyable. The manager had a great sense of humor, and we even made jokes during the conversation. That said, it’s important to be thoroughly familiar with your resume so you can provide detailed examples and elaborate on your experiences.
