There was a resume screening and one-way interview if you get selected. One-way interview was conducted by Hirevue. It consist of very simple questions and given unlimited tries. Following by a technical interview after that.

Asked about past work experience, what I would do differently / improve. Heard from other students that they were asked technical questions in C# (coding problems) such as completing a partially-completed hangman game or doing some light recursion work

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Edmonton, AB) in Feb 2022
Interview
1) One way interview.
2) Short talk with Manager and HR to discuss role.
3) Five question technical assessment. Fairly simple questions.
4) Talk with HR to discuss offer
5) Wait for offer, then Accept or Decline the offer.
