At the career fair at my school I was scheduled for a phone interview with an HR recruiter the following week. It lasted about an hour and went very well. They said they would let me know a week later and I never heard back from them. I got another internship or else I would have contacted them.

First I met with a hiring manager who asked me some basic interview questions and took notes. He then connected me with a project manager who I had another interview with to see if I would be a good fit for their team.

Straight forward questions, provided great feedback to my questions and listened to my concerns on what I was looking for in my next employer. The interviewer was not just a person that knew things about HR she understood what information I was talking about even if you may have not worked on engineering items.

Interview
Several group interviews with department heads that took interest in you mainly in the form of two to three interviewers per group. For the most part it was open and they did try to ease tension. Overall a pleasant experience.
