I applied for PCL field / estimation position in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Due to covid-19, my interview was online via skype. Questions were pretty much the same as glassdoor questions.

The first round consisted of pre-determined questions being presented to me and then I had to record a minute long video answering these questions. The second round was over zoom with two interviewers.

It was straight forward, criteria was standard industry questions. It took a total of 45 minutes and HR is extremely nice. They are professional. Recommend viewing website before the interview and understand construction as a whole.
